Our place is in the Rajratna Industrial Estate, specifically at B-5. We are right near American Spring on Liberty Garden Road in Malad West. Goldrich Dyechem Pvt Ltd is basically a group of us working with dyes and chemicals every single day. The industrial estate can be a bit crowded, especially when the big transport trucks are trying to turn into the narrow lane, but it’s a good spot for us. Inside the unit, it’s mostly metal shelves and plastic containers. We spend a lot of our time mixing things and checking the different colors. It’s not the cleanest work you can find, and you often end up with a bit of dye on your clothes by the end of the shift. We’ve been in Malad for quite some time now. The office is tucked away in the back of the unit and is usually a mess of papers. We handle a lot of phone calls and old ledger books. It feels more like a real workshop environment than an office. We don't have any fancy decorations on the walls, just some calendars and maybe a few notes pinned up for the staff. We keep a close eye on the stock levels because these things move fast once an order comes in. Sometimes the humidity in Mumbai makes the warehouse feel a bit heavy, but we just open the big fans and keep going. We know our customers and they just call us directly.
