Godrej Infotech Ltd has a spot over in Mira Road East, at B 51 Swastik Shrishti in Sector 3. Mira Road is a fast-growing area, and it feels like there’s always some construction going on nearby. Our office is in a residential-style complex, which is quite common around here. It makes for a more relaxed environment than being in a massive office park. We deal with tech stuff mostly, just sitting at our desks and working through whatever projects are on the schedule. The commute can be a bit of a struggle if you're coming from further south in Mumbai, but for those of us living nearby, it’s quite convenient. Swastik Shrishti is a decent enough building, though the elevator can be slow sometimes. We have a small kitchen area where we make tea and eat our lunch. It isn't a high-pressure corporate environment. We just try to stay organized and finish our tasks. The neighborhood has a lot of small shops and places to grab a quick bite. It feels like a real community. We don't have any fancy mission statements or anything like that. We are just a group of people working in IT, trying to do a good job from our corner of Mira Road. It’s a straightforward setup and it suits us just fine for now. We are usually here until late evening getting everything sorted out.
