Godrej Infotech Ltd

Our office for Godrej Infotech Ltd is based in Vikhroli West, Mumbai. This area is pretty central for us and it makes getting around the city a bit easier, though Mumbai traffic is always a gamble. The office itself is a functional workspace. We don’t have much in the way of decoration, mostly just calendars on the walls and too many cables running along the floor. We’re a practical bunch of people. We spend our days dealing with IT issues and software, so we don’t have time for fancy corporate talk or big speeches. The air here usually smells a bit like the sea and a lot like the city. We have a small area where we keep the kettle and some biscuits for the afternoon slump. Most of the staff has been here for years, so we’re more like a group of friends than just coworkers. We know who likes their tea strong and who’s going to be late because of the local train delays. It’s a grounded way to work. We don’t pretend to be anything we aren't. We just provide technical support and manage projects as they come in. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with old monitors and boxes, but we know where everything is. It’s just how we operate in this part of Mumbai. We’re here to do the work and that’s about it.
