We are located at Plant Number 16 on LBS Road in Vikhroli East. This place is pretty big and it gets quite loud once the machines start running in the morning. We’ve been operating out of this spot for a long time, and many of the guys here have been with us for decades. It’s a manufacturing site, so don't expect it to be clean or quiet like a shopping mall. There is always the smell of metal and oil in the air. We spend our days dealing with various industrial parts and getting orders ready for transport. The yard outside is usually full of trucks loading up. It can get very hot in the summer months under the shed roof, but we just keep the fans going and get on with the job. LBS Road always has a lot of traffic, so getting things in and out takes some planning. We aren't big on meetings or fancy presentations here. We prefer to spend our time on the floor seeing how things are actually being made. There is a small canteen nearby where most of us grab lunch. It’s a straightforward environment without any of that corporate fluff you see in city offices. We just focus on making things that work and keeping the production line moving. It is a bit dusty and the floors are worn down, but that’s just how a real plant looks.
