You can find Glow Touch Pvt Ltd tucked away at 401 Pleasant Park, which is part of the Lokhandwala Complex in Andheri West. This part of Mumbai is always moving, and there is never really a quiet moment on the streets below our windows. We are up on the fourth floor, so we get a bit of a break from the direct noise, but you can still hear the city pulse if the balcony door is open. The complex is pretty well-known in the neighborhood. Inside our office, it is mostly just rows of people on computers and some old chairs that have seen better days. We don’t do the whole fancy office decor thing because we are mostly focused on the technical tasks we have to finish. There is a small pantry in the corner where we make tea and talk about the cricket scores or the weekend. Sometimes the elevator in Pleasant Park is a bit slow or stops on every floor, so we end up taking the stairs to save time. Andheri West is a good place to be because everything you need is close by, even if the monsoon rain makes the commute a total nightmare. We have a mix of staff here, some who have been with us for years and others who are just starting out. It is a straightforward environment without any of those modern office gimmicks like bean bags. We just sit down, do our jobs, and try to beat the Mumbai traffic on the way back home.
