Globe Design

Our office is tucked away on the 4th floor of "E" Block in Dolours Colony. Flat number 10 is where all the Globe Design work happens. It is a quiet residential area in Mumbai, which is a nice change from the loud streets. We do not have a big lobby or a receptionist. You just have to come up the stairs or use the small lift. The flat has been our base for a long time. We have set up long tables for our drawing and computer work. Sometimes the afternoon sun hits the windows and makes it too hot, so we have to keep the heavy curtains closed. We are just a small group of people who enjoy what we do. It is not a corporate setting at all. We often have music playing in the background while we work on different layouts. The kitchen area is mostly used for making endless cups of coffee to keep us going. We know the security guard at the gate and most of the people living in the building. It feels more like a home than an office. We do not spend money on fancy marketing or big ads. Most people find us through word of mouth. It is a simple setup, and we like it that way. We focus on our drawings and make sure we finish everything before it gets too late in the evening.
