Our place is at 4 Kandivali West, right on Varachha Road. Global Service Technilogy Pvt Ltd sounds like a big name, but we are actually just a small team working out of a practical office space. We deal with a lot of technical stuff, mostly fixing things or setting up systems for people. The office is full of spare parts, screwdrivers, and half-opened boxes. It’s not the neatest place in the world, but we know exactly where every single screw is kept. Varachha Road is always moving, so there is plenty of energy just outside our door. We usually start the day by catching up on emails and seeing what went wrong overnight. We don't wear suits or anything like that. Usually, it's just jeans and t-shirts because we're often crawling under desks to fix wiring or lugging equipment around. The air conditioner makes a bit of a rattling noise, but it keeps the heat away, so we don't complain much. We spend a lot of time looking at screens and typing, but we make sure to take breaks to walk outside and get some air. We’ve been here for a bit now and we’ve gotten to know the other shop owners on the street. It’s a decent way to earn a living, solving problems that people can't figure out on their own. We don't make a big deal out of it; we just do the work and then head home.
