We’re located in Airoli, Navi Mumbai, specifically at Sukhsanti Niwas. If you're looking for our building, we're right near the Super Market in Shiv Colony. Global Innovsource Search Solutions Pvt Ltd is the name we have on the door, though most of us just call it the office or the workplace. It’s a pretty quiet neighborhood for the most part, which is helpful when we’re trying to concentrate on our search tasks and data work. We have a few rooms filled with desks, some old filing cabinets, and quite a lot of computer wires running along the floor. It’s not the most organized place you’ll ever see, but we have our own system and we know where everything is. The daily grind involves a lot of looking at screens and talking through different problems together. We don’t have a big HR department or a fancy cafeteria, just a small electric kettle and some packets of biscuits for the afternoon. We find that we work much better without all the corporate rules and endless meetings that seem to take up half the day elsewhere. Most of our guys have been working here for a long time, so we know each other's habits and how we like to work. We usually wrap up around six in the evening and head toward the station. The commute can be a bit of a struggle sometimes, but that’s just how life is in Mumbai. We take pride in just getting the job done.
