We have two main spots where we keep things running. One is in Mumbai at Pragati Appt in J B Nagar, and the other is over in New Delhi at Kotla Mubarakpur. It keeps us pretty busy jumping between the two or talking to the other team on the phone. The Mumbai office in Andheri East is always humming with the sound of the city and the local train nearby. It is a small space filled with computers and cables everywhere you look. Over in Delhi, it is a similar story. We deal with a lot of technical stuff, mostly fixing problems or setting things up for people who need help with their systems. It is not a very flashy job, but it keeps us on our toes. Sometimes we are troubleshooting all morning and then spending the afternoon writing up reports. We don't really have a marketing team or anything like that. It is just us, the technicians and the office staff, trying to keep the servers and the software running right. Lunch is usually whatever we can find quickly because there is always something that needs attention. It is a bit chaotic sometimes with two locations to worry about, but we have a good system down now. We just focus on the task at hand and try to stay organized. It is just a normal tech life across two of the biggest cities in India, and we just keep moving along.
