Global Access Hospitality

Global Access Hospitality is based over in Andheri East, specifically at B-5 Harmon on Marwah Estate Road. We’ve been in this spot for a while, working out of this office space. It’s an industrial sort of area, so there’s always trucks and people moving around. We aren't a restaurant or a shop where you just walk in off the street. We handle the behind-the-scenes stuff for hospitality. Our team is small, just a handful of people sitting at desks making phone calls and sorting out arrangements. It’s not very glamorous work, but it’s what we do. We help with various services related to the industry. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place for us to get our tasks done. We chose Andheri East because it’s central for getting around Mumbai. Sometimes the rains make the estate road a bit messy, but we still show up. We don't have a big marketing department writing fancy brochures. We just talk to our clients directly and try to solve whatever problems they have. It’s a lot of coordination and checking details. Most of us have been working together for a few years, so we know how each other works. It’s a steady rhythm here. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing.
