Gleam Softech Solutions

We are located at Shop No Ug 310 in Drings Dhamoll, right in Bhandup West. If you know the area, we’re very close to the Bhandup Railway Station, which makes it pretty easy for people to find us even if they aren't from right around here. Our business, Gleam Softech Solutions, is basically a small tech shop. We’ve been here for a bit now, just handling software and tech-related problems for whoever walks in. It isn't a huge office with a lot of employees, just a few of us who understand how these things work. The shop is tucked away in the mall, so it stays a bit quieter than the main street, which is nice when we’re trying to focus on a difficult bit of coding or a system fix. We don't really go for the big corporate look. It’s more of a workspace where you’ll see cables and computers everywhere. Some days it’s a bit of a mess, but we know where everything is. People usually come to us because they want a straight answer about their software without a lot of jargon. We just tell it like it is. If something is going to take three days, we say three days. It’s a simple way to run things. The station nearby means there's always a lot of foot traffic, and we get quite a few people dropping in on their way home from work. It is just everyday work for us.
