Gitanjali Lifestyle Ltd is the name of our setup. To be honest, we don't really have a big storefront you can walk into right now. Most of our work happens through the email, shettyasha at rediffmail dot com. It might seem a bit different than usual, but that is just how we manage things for now. We deal with various lifestyle items, trying to keep track of what people actually want to buy these days. It is a lot of back and forth on the computer. We started this because we saw a gap in how things were being sold. Sometimes it gets a bit overwhelming with all the messages coming in, but we try to get back to everyone when we can. We aren't a massive corporation with hundreds of staff. It is a smaller operation, focused on getting things right one step at a time. Using a Rediffmail account keeps it simple for us. We don't need a fancy website or a huge office to do our business. We just stay focused on the tasks we have for the day. If someone needs something, they just send a note to that address and we see if we can help. It's a bit of a slow process sometimes, but it works for us. We keep our overhead low this way, which is better in the long run. Just a few people working hard behind the screens, making sure every inquiry is handled fairly and honestly.
