Gitanjali Gifts

Gitanjali Gifts is up on the second floor of Laxmi Towers. We are in the Bandra Kurla Complex area, specifically near the Icici Bank and the Universal Industrial Estate in Bandra East. It’s a bit of a climb or a lift ride up, but we’re there. The shop is in a more office-heavy part of the city, so we get a lot of people working in the nearby buildings. They often come in during their lunch breaks or after they finish work for the day. Being on the second floor means we don't get as much foot traffic as the street-level shops, but we have our regulars. The space is quite functional. We have shelves lining the walls with all sorts of gifts. It’s just a few of us running the place. We spend our mornings sorting through new items and checking the inventory. It can be a bit quiet during the middle of the day, which gives us time to catch up on cleaning or paperwork. We've been in Laxmi Towers for a while now. Finding the entrance to the building is easy enough if you're near the bank. We don't have any fancy mission statements or big corporate goals. We just like having a shop where people can find something nice without having to travel too far from their office. It’s a straightforward business in a busy part of the city for us.
