Our spot is in Kirol Village, over in Vidhyavihar West. If you’re looking for us, we’re right opposite Nathani Steel. It’s an interesting area because it’s a mix of old industrial spots and small shops. The business is run by Dharmesh and Bhavesh, and it’s actually located at the same place as Giri garments. That’s how a lot of businesses start around here, just using the space you have available. Mumbai is crowded, and Vidhyavihar is no exception. We deal with medical supplies and logistics from a small office that feels more like a home sometimes. There are boxes of inventory stacked up, and the phone rings pretty much non-stop. We don't have a receptionist in a suit or a fancy waiting room. It’s just us in the middle of the bustle. Sometimes the smell of the steel works across the street is quite strong, but you get used to it after a week or two. We spend our mornings checking orders and our afternoons making sure deliveries get out to the local clinics. It’s a lot of manual work, checking invoices and talking to drivers who are stuck in Mumbai traffic. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to get the medical goods where they belong without too much fuss. It’s a family-run kind of thing, and we take it one day at a time. The office is small but we make it work for everything we need.
