If you walk from the Bandra East station, you’ll find us on Station Road at number 15. It’s a very convenient spot for anyone coming by train, though the road is always packed with commuters and vendors. Gips Management Personnel Consultants has been based here for a long time. The office is in one of those older buildings that has a lot of character, even if the stairs are a bit steep and the paint is peeling in the corners. We spend our mornings sorting through heaps of resumes and making calls. It gets quite loud outside with the trains and the traffic, but we’ve learned to tune it out. Our office isn't a modern glass box. It’s full of wooden cabinets and old-fashioned desks. We don't use much fancy tech, just the basics that get the job done. There’s a small window that looks out onto the street, and it’s a good spot to watch the world go by when you need a five-minute break. We have a small pantry where we make tea, and there’s always a packet of biscuits open somewhere. It’s a busy life, matching people with jobs, and the atmosphere in the office reflects that. We don't go in for big speeches or polished presentations. We just talk to people and try to find where they fit. Sometimes it's a long process, but we don't mind the time it takes to get it right.
