Giggles Googlee The Gift Shop

If you have ever walked through Thakur Complex in Kandivali East, you might have noticed our shop tucked in at number 16. Giggles Googlee is the name we went with because it sounded cheerful, even if it is a bit of a mouthful to say. We have been here for a good few years now, serving the families in the neighborhood. The shop isn't very large, so we have to use every inch of wall space to hang up toys, birthday decorations, and small trinkets. It can get pretty cramped when a few people come in at once, especially on the weekends. We spend a lot of our time dusting the shelves and rearranging the cards. There is always something new arriving in a box that we have to find a spot for. It is just a normal local shop where we know many of the faces who walk through the door. Some kids who used to come in for small stickers are now grown up and coming back for bigger things. We don't have a fancy computer system or anything; we just write things down and keep track as best as we can. It is a bit messy sometimes with all the wrapping paper and ribbons behind the counter, but that is just how a gift shop looks when it is busy. We just keep things moving and try to help people find what they need for their parties.
