Gifts & More

We are based out of Giriraj Industrial Estate on Mahakali Caves Road in Andheri. It is a busy industrial area, so there are always trucks and deliveries going in and out. Our space has more of a warehouse feel than a shop, which makes sense given where we are located. We called it Gifts & More because we started with small gift items and then just kept adding other things that seemed useful. The stairs in the building are a bit narrow, and it can get quite hot in the afternoons, but we have gotten used to it over the years. We spend a lot of our time packing boxes and checking inventory. It is not the kind of place where you would find a fancy display window. Most of our work happens behind the scenes, making sure things are ready to go out. Andheri is a huge place, and being on Mahakali Caves Road puts us right in the middle of all the action. Sometimes it is a bit noisy with the nearby workshops, but that is just part of being in an industrial estate. We do not have a huge staff, just a few of us who know where everything is kept. It is a lot of manual work, lifting crates and moving stuff around, but it feels good to stay active. We just try to keep things moving and make sure the orders are correct before they leave the door.
