Gifting Joy

Gifting Joy is located on the third floor of Shashmira Centre. We are right on CST Road in Kalina, Santacruz East. It’s a really busy part of Mumbai. Being in units 301 to 303 gives us a bit of space for all the stock. We have shelves filled with different items that people buy for birthdays or office events. The traffic on CST Road is always loud, but inside it’s a bit quieter. We spend a lot of time packing boxes and checking new arrivals. Since we are near Vidya Nagari, we see a lot of different people coming through. It's not a showroom where everything is shiny; it’s more of a working space where we manage the orders. Some days are just about counting inventory and making sure nothing is broken. We started this because we liked the idea of having a place in Kalina where you could find something nice without traveling too far. The halls in Shashmira Centre can be a bit confusing if you’re new here, but once you find our door, it's pretty straightforward. We don’t have a big team, just a few of us making sure things get wrapped and sent out on time. Sometimes the courier is late or a box gets crushed in transit, and we have to deal with that. It is just the usual daily hustle you find in this part of Mumbai.
