Gehi Plastics Industries

Gehi Plastics Industries is our small business. We are over at 204 Allied Ind Est. on Station Road in Mahim. It is a bit of an old building, but it works for what we do. We have been here for a good number of years now. Being near the station is handy for some things, but the road can get very packed with cars and people. Our unit is on the second floor. It is a simple space with our plastic machines and some storage for the raw materials. We make different kinds of plastic goods. It’s a bit noisy when everything is running at once. The air gets thick, so we keep the windows open when we can. We have a small team of people who have been with us for a long time. We aren't a big corporation with fancy rules. We just come in, do our shifts, and go home. We eat our lunch in the small area near the back. Mahim is a lively place to be. There is always something happening on Station Road. Sometimes it's hard to find parking if you are driving. We don't have a big sign outside. Most people who know us just come straight to the unit. We don't do much in the way of advertising. We just focus on getting the plastic pieces made right. It’s a basic operation and we like it that way. We don't have fancy brochures to hand out either. It is just us and the machines working away.
