Geeta Bhavan Restaurant

Our restaurant, Geeta Bhavan, is located in Building 4 of the Navjivan Society on Lamington Road. This is the Mumbai Central area, so it is always moving fast. The 400008 zip code is where we have been for a good while now. Lamington Road is famous for all kinds of things, especially electronics, and we are just a short walk from all that noise. The restaurant isn't very large, just enough space for tables and chairs and a kitchen that stays pretty hot. We don't use fancy menus or have people in uniforms waiting at the door. It’s the kind of place where you just come in, eat, and go about your day. The Navjivan Society is a big landmark, so most people don’t have trouble finding us. Mumbai Central is right there, and the station is close enough that we get people who are just passing through. We spend our mornings getting the kitchen ready and the afternoons are usually a bit of a rush. It’s just how a restaurant in Mumbai works. We aren't trying to be the most famous spot in the city. We just want to make sure the food is ready and the tables are clean for whoever walks in. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded and loud, but that’s just the character of the neighborhood. We are just a local spot on a busy road.
