Gazebo Developer Pvt Ltd is on the 4th floor at 369 Khar. We work on various development projects from this office. It’s a space filled with blueprints, samples of building materials, and a few computers. Being on the 4th floor gives us a bit of a view, but mostly we are looking at maps and plans. We spend a lot of time out at different sites, but this is where we come back to do the planning and the paperwork. Khar is a good central location for us. The office isn't overly formal; there are usually rolls of paper sitting in the corners and some dusty boots near the door from site visits. We have meetings here with contractors and people who are interested in our projects. It can get a bit hectic when multiple projects are happening at once. We don't have a big marketing department or anything; we just focus on the building side of things. Most of our day is spent checking on progress and making sure the supplies are arriving as they should. It’s a lot of coordination between the office and the physical locations where the work is actually being done. We’ve been in this building for some time now and it’s become our base for everything we do. It’s a practical workspace for a developer, nothing more and nothing less. We just keep our heads down and work on the next project.
