Gateways Immigration Education

We are based in Vile Parle West, specifically in Building No 1, Room No 11. It's a small space, but it works for what we do at Gateways Immigration Education. Being in Mumbai means there’s always something going on outside the window. We focus on education and immigration stuff, which means we spend a lot of time looking at school lists and visa rules. It’s not a glamorous job. There’s a lot of reading and making sure names are spelled right on forms. We started this because we saw a lot of people getting confused by all the steps. We aren't some massive company with branches everywhere. It’s just a few of us in this room. We keep it simple. Sometimes the fan makes a bit of noise, and the desks are a bit crowded with folders, but we know where everything is. People come in with a lot of questions about moving or studying elsewhere. We try to give them the facts without making it sound easier than it is. It's hard work to move to a new country. We just help with the paperwork part of it. The building is easy enough to find if you're in the Vile Parle area. We’ve been here long enough that most of the shopkeepers nearby know us. It’s just a regular local business doing its thing every day. Vya is just a part of the local address we use.
