Gasgrows Solutions Private Limited is located in Kanjurmarg West, inside a building called Gundecha Heights. Our office is A-1104, which is way up on the eleventh floor, so we get a pretty good view of the surrounding Mumbai area and the traffic moving along LBS Marg. Kanjurmarg is one of those places that has changed a lot, with old industrial spots turning into high-rise office towers. Gundecha Heights is quite a tall building, and waiting for the lift in the morning is just part of our daily routine. Once we are upstairs, the office is a quiet place to get things done. We focus on providing different solutions and managing the technical side of the business. The team is not very big, so we all know what everyone else is working on. It is a bit of a mixed bag here; sometimes it is very hectic with deadlines, and other times it is just the usual steady flow of work. We do not have any fancy perks or a designer office. It is just a functional space with good lighting and enough room for our computers. For lunch, we often head out to the local spots around LBS Marg or just eat in the small break area we have. It is a very normal Mumbai work life, dealing with the commute, the height of the building, and the steady stream of tasks we have to finish.
