We’re over at 905 Zinnia in Nahar’s Amrit Shakti complex in Chandivali. It’s a bit of a mouthful to say the whole name, but we’re just a research and advisory group working out of this part of Mumbai. The office is inside a big residential and commercial area, so there’s always people walking around and kids playing nearby. It feels more like a real community than a cold office park. We do a lot of thinking and writing in this room. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll see people wearing suits every single day. We’re more of a casual bunch, mostly focused on the data and the spreadsheets we’re looking at. The building has a nice feel to it, and we’ve made our space pretty comfortable over the years. Sometimes we order lunch from the small food stalls downstairs when we don't have time to go out. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or anything. We just know what we need to get done and we sit down and do it. It’s a lot of reading and making calls to people. Chandivali is a busy and loud part of town, but our office stays relatively peaceful most of the time. We’re just regular people who happen to be good at researching things and helping others understand them. No need for anything more complicated than that.
