Gamca India

So, Gamca India is our place in Mumbai. We’re right at 65, Khetwadi 10th Lane, in a building called Divya Sukh Niwas. If you know Mumbai, you know Khetwadi is a really old and busy area. The lanes are narrow and there’s always a lot of noise from the street. Our office is tucked away in there. It’s not a massive corporate tower. It’s just a regular room in a regular building where we handle the medical and travel paperwork. People come in all day for their stuff, and it can get quite crowded in the small hallway. We don't have fancy air conditioning that works all the time, just the old units and some fans. It’s a very traditional Mumbai setup. We’ve been here for a long time, so the locals and the regulars know exactly where to find us. We don't spend much time on fancy decorations or anything. We just make sure the forms are filled out and the people get what they need. The 400004 area code is right in the heart of things. It can be a bit overwhelming with the traffic and the rain during monsoon, but we just keep the doors open and keep working. It’s a busy life, but it’s what we know. We aren't trying to be anything we’re not. Just an office in Khetwadi doing its thing. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish up the files, but that’s just Mumbai for you. It's messy but we get it done.
