G R Consulting India is situated in Hilla Towers, A Wing, Room 304, on Dr S S Rao Road in Lalbaug, Mumbai. Being in Mumbai means we are always dealing with the pace of the city. Lalbaug is a lively area, and our office in Hilla Towers gives us a bit of a view of the surrounding streets. It is a standard office space, not too big and not too small. We have our computers, our files, and a small area for making coffee. Consulting involves a lot of talking and a lot of thinking, so it can get pretty quiet in here when everyone is focused. We don't have any corporate posters on the walls about success or teamwork. We just sit at our desks and work through whatever problems come our way. The building is usually busy with people from other offices, so the elevators are always a wait. We have our favorite spots nearby for lunch, usually somewhere quick because we have plenty to do. We aren't interested in using a lot of buzzwords or sounding more important than we are. We provide our work from this office and try to keep things straightforward. Traffic on Dr S S Rao Road can be a nightmare in the evenings, so we often stay a bit later to let it clear out. It’s just how things are for us here in Mumbai and we make it work every day.
