G M Kapadia Co is located over in Borivali West, right in Sumer Nagar at D 201. We’re situated opposite the Kora Kendra on SV Road, which is a pretty landmark spot for anyone in this part of Mumbai. Being on SV Road means it’s never quiet outside, but we’ve grown to like the energy of the area. Our office is a straightforward place. We don’t have those modern open-plan layouts or bean bags. It’s just desks, chairs, and a lot of books and files. We’ve been here for a good number of years, and the space reflects that. There’s a bit of wear and tear on the furniture, but everything works. We aren't into big corporate speeches or polished brochures. When people come into D 201, they see us just as we are—busy and working. Sometimes the lift in the building is slow, so we take the stairs, which keeps us moving. We manage our daily tasks and handle the clients who walk in without any extra flair. Borivali West is a great community to be a part of, and we’ve made our home here at Sumer Nagar. It’s a practical setup for the kind of work we do. We just focus on getting through the pile of work on our desks and making sure we stay organized. That’s life at G M Kapadia Co. It is what it is.
