G M Borkar Co is located in Santacruz East. We are in B 14 of the Valmiki Apartment over in the Sunder area. It’s a residential-feeling spot, which makes the workday feel a bit more relaxed than being in a crowded business district. We’ve been operating out of this apartment for a while now. It’s not a huge space, but it fits what we need for the day-to-day operations. We have our desks and our equipment set up in a way that makes sense for us. Sometimes the neighbors are around, and you hear the normal sounds of the building. It’s part of the charm, I guess. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. We just do our work. Santacruz East is a busy part of town, but our little corner in Valmiki Apartment stays relatively calm. We’ve got a routine that we follow, and it keeps us on track. Most of our days are spent going through files and making sure everything is where it should be. It’s a simple setup for a simple business. We like the local vibe of the area. It feels like we are part of the neighborhood rather than just another office building. That’s basically who we are at G M Borkar Co, just folks working in their corner of the city.
