We are set up at Shankar Bhavan, which is right by French Bridge in Mumbai. If you know where Blavatsky Lodge is, then you've probably passed our building many times. It's an old part of the city with a lot of character. We have been working out of this office for a good bit of time now. The area is always noisy with traffic and people walking by to the station. Inside, we just focus on finding staff for companies that ask us for help. It’s a lot of matching names to jobs and checking if someone is a good fit. We aren't a giant company with hundreds of employees. We are just a small team of consultants who know the HR business well. The office is number five. It’s got everything we need, even if it feels a bit cramped when we have a lot of interviews scheduled. Mumbai is like that, you make the most of the space you have. People from all over come to French Bridge to see us. We try to be helpful and give them the right information. There is no use in making things complicated. We just do the work, file the papers, and move on to the next person. It’s been our routine for years. We don't have a fancy website or a bunch of slogans. We just work here and do our best to stay organized amidst all the city chaos.
