So, we are located in Andheri East. Most people know the India Colony Road area, it's pretty familiar to anyone living around here. We are in the building at 1 2 8 20. It's a bit of a mouthful to say the full address, but once you get here, it makes sense. The office is usually quite full of stuff. We deal with clothes and materials, so there are always boxes or fabric lying around. It’s not the neatest place you’ll ever see, but we know where everything is. The staff has been here for years. Some of us started when the area looked a lot different than it does now. Andheri East has changed so much with all the new buildings, but our little corner on India Colony Road stays mostly the same. We don’t really do big meetings or fancy presentations. Usually, it's just us chatting about what needs to get packed or shipped out next. The afternoon sun hits the front window pretty hard, so we keep the blinds down most of the time. It gets hot in Mumbai, as everyone knows. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It’s a family-run feel even though we’ve grown a bit. There’s no script for how we talk to people. We just answer the phone and try to help out with whatever order is coming through. That’s pretty much the daily routine for us.
