We are based at 286A Ekta Welfare Society on AK Marg in Mumbai. Being part of a welfare society gives the office a very grounded, community feel. We work on Future Generali India Life matters here. Mumbai is a city that never stops, and AK Marg is always buzzing with activity and traffic. Our office is a simple place where we focus on the daily tasks of life insurance management. We don't have any glossy brochures or fancy sales pitches. We just sit at our desks and work through the files. It’s a lot of administrative stuff like checking names, dates, and policy numbers. Sometimes the office gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of documents waiting to be processed, but we manage just fine. We’re just regular people working a regular job in a busy city. We don’t try to sound like a big corporation. If you come by, you’ll see us busy with our computers or talking on the phone. We try to be direct and honest with anyone who has questions about their policy. The local area is quite busy, so there’s always something going on outside our windows. We like being part of the Ekta Welfare Society location because it feels like we’re right where the people are. It’s a straightforward, no-nonsense kind of place. We just do our work and go home at the end of the day.
