Furation Tech Solutions is in the Kalindas Udyog Bhavan. We are at unit 219 on S H Tandel Marg. It’s right near Century Bazaar in Prabhadevi. This is a very central part of Mumbai, so getting here is usually okay unless the traffic is bad. The building is an industrial estate, so there are all kinds of businesses around us. It’s a bit gritty, but it has a lot of energy. Our office is just a regular room where we’ve set up our workstations. We don't have a big reception area or anyone to greet you at the door. You just walk in and see us working. Prabhadevi is a busy neighborhood with plenty of places to grab a quick snack or a tea. We’ve been a private limited company for a while, but we still feel like a small startup. We spend most of our hours coding or fixing tech issues. There’s no marketing team here, just us technical people. We like being in Udyog Bhavan because it feels like a place where things actually get made. We don't have any fancy mission statements. We just try to finish the work we have on our plates every day. It’s a straightforward business. We keep our overhead low and our focus on the tasks. If someone calls, they usually talk directly to whoever is free. We don't have any complicated systems for that.
