You can find us at B 301 in the Nikhil CHS, which is part of the Thakur Complex in Kandivali East. Mumbai is always moving fast, and this area is no different. Being in a residential society like Nikhil CHS makes the atmosphere a bit quieter than the main roads, which is nice when we have a lot of work to focus on. Fullerton India has been at this spot for a bit. It’s a standard office setup on the third floor. The walk up or the lift ride is just part of the morning routine for us. Outside the complex, there are plenty of shops and people going about their business in Kandivali. We like it here because it feels like a community. The building itself is well-known around the Thakur Complex area. Inside, it’s just us sitting at our desks, dealing with the daily files and talking to people who drop by. It’s not a huge corporate headquarters, just a local branch where we try to stay organized. Sometimes the Mumbai rain makes the commute a bit of a mess, but once we’re inside B 301, it’s just another workday. We keep things simple and don’t really go for anything flashy. It’s just a solid place to get work done and be part of the local scene in East Mumbai. There is always something happening outside, but we just stick to our routine and get through the day.
