Our office, Fsl Software Technologies Ltd, is up on the sixth floor in room 604 of Corporate Avenue. This is located on Sonawala Road in Goregaon East. If you know Mumbai at all, you know this area is always moving and shaking. The street outside is usually packed with cars and people heading to the train station. We have been in this building for a long time now. It is a standard office block with a lot of different businesses. Our space isn't huge, but it fits everyone comfortably enough. We have our computers, some old files, and a few plants that we sometimes forget to water. The windows look out over the rooftops of Goregaon. It is not exactly a fancy view, but it feels real to us. We spend our days mostly staring at screens and talking amongst ourselves. There is a tea guy nearby who makes good chai. We do not have a big reception area or a polished front desk. It is more of a walk-in-and-get-to-work kind of vibe. Sonawala Road can be quite dusty and loud, but once you get up to 604, it quietens down a bit. We just keep our heads down and do the work. Fsl Software Technologies Ltd isn't trying to impress anyone with a big lobby. We are just a bunch of people doing our jobs in this part of town. Every day is the same routine of logging in and staying busy until the evening.
