French Trade Commission

We are located in the Sun N Dew building, specifically at B 4 in Kalina. This is in the Sundernagar part of Santacruz East, Mumbai. It’s a busy place, like most of Mumbai. Our office here handles matters for the French Trade Commission. We focus on business stuff and trade between people. The building is okay, though the elevators can be a bit slow on rainy days. We spend a lot of time looking at trade data and talking to companies. It is a lot of data entry and phone calls. Mumbai traffic means we spend a lot of time coordinating meetings so we don't have to travel too much. The office itself is just a regular workspace with some desks and a lot of binders. We have a small pantry where we make tea. It is not like those big skyscrapers you see in the movies. It’s a practical office in a residential-commercial mix area. We deal with people who want to import or export things. There’s a lot of regulation and rules to follow, so we spend our time double-checking everything. The humidity in Santacruz can be tough, so we are grateful for the air conditioning. It’s a steady job. We come in, do the trade work, and navigate the commute home. We’ve been at this address in Kalina for quite a while and it suits our needs for now. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
