Freight Systems I Pvt Ltd is based in Madhu Residency, which is located in the Sher E Punjab area of Andheri East, Mumbai. We are in Flat No 204. Since we are in a residential building, it doesn’t feel like a typical corporate office at all. You see people going for their morning walks or kids playing in the colony while we are sitting at our desks. It’s a nice change from the sterile office parks. The flat is basically our hub. We’ve converted the rooms into workspaces with plenty of tables and chairs. It can get a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we manage. Andheri is always a bit of a scramble, with the humidity and the crowds, but Sher E Punjab is a bit more settled. We don’t have any big slogans or "employee of the month" photos. We are just a team of people who have been doing this for a while. Usually, the afternoons are spent on the phone or sorting out the files that seem to grow every week. We don't have a big fancy lobby for visitors; they just ring the doorbell like they’re coming over for tea. It’s a very grounded way to work. We just focus on the daily tasks and make sure the logs are updated before we head out for the day.
