Freelance Statistical Consultant

Working as a Freelance Statistical Consultant in Mumbai is definitely an interesting path. I’m based at Bhagyashree, 12 A, in the Anand Nagar part of Andheri East. It’s a busy neighborhood, which is great because there’s always energy around, though I spend most of my time looking at numbers and spreadsheets. People come to me when they have a mountain of data and no idea what it means. I don't use any fancy talk; I just try to find the patterns and explain them in a way that makes sense. My office is really just a corner of my living space on Nityanand Marg. I’ve got a couple of monitors and a lot of scratch paper where I do my calculations. It can be a bit lonely sometimes, just me and the data, but I enjoy the challenge of solving a difficult math problem. I don't have a big team or a corporate office in a skyscraper. I'm just a local person who is good with numbers and wants to help businesses or students understand their research better. Mumbai is a city where everyone is rushing, but you can’t rush statistics or you’ll make a mistake. So, I take my time and make sure everything is right. If you’re in Andheri, you know how crowded it gets, so staying home and working with data is actually quite nice.
