Franklin Covey Southasia

We are over in Malad, specifically at F 302 in Bhoomi Park 1. This is in Jankalyan Nagar, just off Marve Road. Being in Mumbai, space is always a bit tight, but we have made this office work for Franklin Covey Southasia quite well. The 400 095 area is a mix of homes and small businesses, so it feels like a real community. Our office isn't anything fancy; it’s just a place where we sit down and get to work. We have a lot of paperwork to deal with and the phones seem to ring at the most unexpected times. The Mumbai rain can be a real challenge during the monsoon, sometimes making it hard to get to the office, but we usually manage. We have a small team and we don't really bother with formal titles or stiff meetings. We just sit around and figure out what needs to be done for the day. There is a nice breeze that comes through the window sometimes, which is a relief from the heat. We know the local shops well and often head out for a quick vada pav when we need a break. We are just regular people doing our best to keep things organized. We don't have a marketing team writing stuff for us, so what you see is pretty much what you get. It’s a practical, no-nonsense environment and that is exactly how we like it.
