Frankfinn Aviation Services Pvt Limited is located at Plot No 27, Shop No 6 in Section 8 of Charkop, Kandivali West. If you know Mumbai, you know Charkop is a very packed area. Our office is basically a shopfront. It is quite small and we have to be very organized to fit everything in. We have a few desks for the instructors and a small area for the students to sit. Being in Kandivali West means there is always a lot of noise from the street outside. We have people dropping by all day long asking about courses. It is a very busy atmosphere. The floor is tiled and we have to mop it often because people bring in dust from the road. We deal with all the aviation service paperwork here. There is a shelf full of old files and some brochures that have been there for a while. We don't have a big fancy sign, just a regular one above the door. Most of us take the local train to work and then a rickshaw from the station. The monsoons can be tough here because the water sometimes collects near the entrance. We just put out a mat and keep going. It is a simple, hardworking shop where we focus on the training. There isn't any corporate talk here, just plain English and getting the job done every single day.
