Francis Engineering Works

We’ve been over here at Plot No 77/78 in the Marol Co-Op Industrial Estate for quite a while now. If you know Andheri East, you know the M V Road area is always busy with traffic and people moving parts around. Our workshop isn't fancy, just a solid place where we get the engineering jobs done. There’s usually a bit of oil on the floor and the sound of machines running most of the day. We deal with metal, repairs, and whatever blueprints come across the desk. It gets hot in the afternoons, especially during the summer, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. People from the other units stop by sometimes just to chat or ask for a specific tool they’re missing. We don't have a big front office or anything like that. You just walk in past the main gate and you'll find someone at a workbench. The guys here have been working together for years, so we all know where everything is even if it looks a bit cluttered to an outsider. We focus on the work itself rather than making the place look like a showroom. It's a loud environment, but we're used to it by now. Most of our day is spent measuring things, cutting steel, and making sure the dimensions are right before anything leaves the shop. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until the sun goes down over the industrial estate. We just keep our heads down and finish the work.
