We've been around Vileparle East for a while now, specifically over at Shreekumar CHS on Mahant Road Extension. People usually just find us by the local landmarks since it's a busy part of Mumbai. Being an HR consulting setup, we spend most of our time dealing with paperwork and trying to figure out the right fit for different jobs. It isn't always glamorous work, but it keeps us busy from Monday to Friday. Sometimes the office gets a bit crowded when we have people coming in for talks. We aren't a big flashy firm with fancy lobby art or anything like that. Just a small team in C 6 working through piles of resumes and phone calls. Usually, the traffic on Mahant Road is a nightmare, so we've gotten used to the noise outside. It's a decent spot to be though, right in the heart of the suburb. We mostly just focus on getting the day's tasks done and making sure people get their questions answered without too much fuss. It's just a regular office life here. We handle the recruitment side of things and look at how companies can manage their staff better. Some days are slower than others. We don't really do the whole corporate pitch thing because it's just us doing our jobs. If you're walking around the extension, you'll see our sign. It's a practical place for practical work. We like it that way and plan to stay here for many years.
