Fountain Sizzlers Restaurant

Fountain Sizzlers Restaurant has been at 57 M.G. Road for a long time, right across from the HSBC building in the Fort area. If you walk by, you can often hear the sound of sizzlers hitting the plates and see the steam coming from the kitchen. It’s an old part of the city, and our building has that classic Fort feel to it. The 400023 neighborhood is always crowded with people working in banks or offices nearby. We aren’t a fancy, high-end place with polished speeches. We’re just a restaurant where the staff works hard and the kitchen stays busy. Some of our waiters have been here so long they can predict what a regular will order before they even sit down. The chairs might have a few scuffs and the menu has seen better days, but we keep the place clean and the food coming out hot. M.G. Road is loud and hectic, but inside we just focus on the cooking and the service. We don't try to be anything we’re not. We just want to serve fair portions of food to people who are hungry. Sometimes it gets a bit smoky when the kitchen is in full swing, but that’s just how sizzlers work. We’re proud to be part of the Fort community and we just keep doing what we’ve always done, day after day, for every customer.
