You can find us at BDD Blocks, specifically in Block 44, Room 64. This is an old part of Mumbai, and the buildings have a lot of history and character. Our space is just a single room where we handle everything related to the vision care company. It’s a bit tight, especially when we have a lot of stock or files coming in, but we have learned how to use the space well. There is a lot of movement in the BDD blocks, with families and other small businesses all around us. It's a real community vibe. We aren't some big multinational with a shiny lobby. It's just a room with a door that opens right onto the corridor. We keep our records in metal cupboards and do our work at a couple of old wooden desks. Sometimes the building is noisy, but you get used to it after a week or two. We’ve been here for a while, and people in the area know us. It’s a very humble setup, honestly. We don’t spend money on fancy branding or expensive lighting. We just focus on the task at hand. It gets hot in the afternoons, so the ceiling fan is always going. We don’t have much in the way of extras, just the necessities to keep the business moving. It’s a practical, no-nonsense place to work in the heart of the city. Everyone here knows the routine, and we just keep the work moving.
