Forbes Facility Services Pvt Ltd is located in 101 Jodia Mansion, right across from the Peninsula Corporate Park. We are in Lower Parel West, which is a part of Mumbai that never seems to stop moving. Our office is a simple one on the first floor. It is a good spot because we are right in the middle of all the corporate buildings, even though our own place is a bit more old-school. We have been at this address for a long time. People usually know us as the folks in Jodia Mansion. We do not have a lot of bells and whistles here. It is mostly just shelves full of supplies, some desks, and phones that ring quite a bit. Our staff is usually coming and going throughout the day because of the nature of the work. It is a bit of a revolving door, really. We do not spend much time on fancy decorations or trying to look corporate. We are more interested in making sure everything is organized. The 400 013 area code is home to us. It is loud outside with the trains and the cars, but inside we just focus on getting the daily tasks done. We are not a big, cold corporation. We are just a group of people who know how to manage a facility. It is hard work and it is not always pretty, but we keep showing up and doing it. That is how we have always operated.
