For Sure Placements

Working at For Sure Placements means being right in the middle of the chaos of Andheri West. We are at 12 Trishul on the 3rd Cross Lane in the Lokhandwala Complex. If you know Mumbai, you know how busy Lokhandwala stays at all hours. Our office is on the smaller side, and when we have a few people in for interviews, it can feel very crowded. We have desks pushed up against the walls to make more room. The phones are almost always ringing, and there is a constant sound of typing. We spend our day looking through piles of resumes and trying to match people with the right spots. It’s a lot of talking on the phone and sitting in front of screens. The air conditioning struggles a bit when it gets really humid outside, but we just deal with it. We usually grab lunch from one of the stalls nearby because the food is good and it’s quick. There isn't any fancy corporate décor here; just some calendars on the wall and a lot of sticky notes. It can be stressful when things are moving fast, but we like the energy of the area. We’ve been in this building for a while now, and the security guards know us by name. It’s just a typical Mumbai office life—busy, a bit cramped, but we keep the wheels turning every single day. We stay until the last call is finished, then head into the station.
