Flotsam Tech Pvt Ltd is located in Dharavi, specifically at the Sm Chal near the Old Post Office. It is a very busy area with a lot of people moving around and small businesses everywhere you look. Our place isn't very large, but we manage to fit everything we need for our tech work inside. We deal with various technical things and computers, so there are always cables and spare parts lying around on the benches. Working in Dharavi means there is a lot of energy around us all the time. Sometimes it gets a little loud outside the window, but we don't mind it much. We started this because we liked working with technology and it just grew from there. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. Usually, you just walk in and see us working on whatever project is currently on the table. It’s a bit cramped sometimes when we have a lot of equipment in for service or repair, but we make it work. We spend our days mostly staring at screens or fixing hardware issues that come up. It isn't a glamorous job, but it is what we know how to do. We just focus on getting the tech side of things right for the people who come to us. It’s a simple operation in a very active part of the city, and we wouldn't have it any other way.
