Flint Solutions Private Limited is based in Andheri-W. Our address is A-1501 in the Oberoi Sky Heights building on Lokhandwala Back Road. It’s a well-known spot in this part of Mumbai. We’ve been working from this floor for a while now. The view from the 15th floor is actually quite good, but we spend most of our time looking at screens. Andheri is always moving fast, and Lokhandwala is even faster. We have a simple setup here. No big posters or corporate slogans on the walls. Just desks, chairs, and people working. We handle various solutions for the people we work with. Being in a private limited company means there is always paperwork and things to manage. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a polished image. We just want to do the work well. The Back Road area is a bit quieter than the main streets, which we appreciate. It feels like a real place with real people around. We take our work seriously but keep the atmosphere in the office pretty relaxed. It’s just how we operate. We are just another business in the big city of Mumbai, trying to stay busy and productive every day. We usually grab lunch from the local shops nearby and get right back to it. It’s a long way up in the elevator every morning but you get used to it after a few weeks. The building has decent security which is nice for us.
