Flava Restaurant

Our restaurant, Flava, is located inside The Roa Hotel on LBS Marg in Ghatkopar West. We are very close to Sarvodaya Hospital, which is a major landmark in this part of Mumbai. Being on LBS Marg means we are right in the middle of all the noise and energy of the city. The traffic is almost constant outside, but once you come into the hotel and find us, it gets a little quieter. We serve both the people staying at the hotel and the locals who live in Ghatkopar. It is a decent-sized space but we try to keep it feeling like a local spot rather than a cold hotel dining room. We don't have a big marketing team behind us. It is just us and the kitchen staff trying to keep up with the orders. Mumbai is a fast-paced place, and we feel that every day. We do our prep work in the morning and stay open until late at night. Sometimes it’s hard to keep everything perfect when it’s so busy, but we do our best. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. It’s just a place to eat on a very busy road. We have a lot of people who stop in while they are waiting for someone at the hospital or just passing through the area. We just focus on the daily tasks.
