Flash Forge is located at 72 Udyog Bhavan on Sonawala Road, right in the heart of Goregaon East. This part of Mumbai is always packed with people and small factories, and we fit right in. Our office is a simple one on one of the upper floors. We don't have a view of the sea or anything, just other buildings and the busy street below. We do some technical work, mostly involving specialized parts and designs. It's the kind of work that requires a lot of focus, so it can get pretty quiet in the office sometimes, except for the hum of the air conditioner. We aren't a big, flashy firm. We’re just a small group of people who are good at what we do. The building, Udyog Bhavan, is pretty old and the elevator can be a bit temperamental, so we end up walking a lot. Sonawala Road is always a mess with traffic, especially in the evenings, so we usually stay a bit late to let it clear out. We don’t have a big mission statement or a fancy lobby with a receptionist. You just come in, find the desk you're looking for, and we talk. We’ve built our reputation on just being reliable. If we say we can do something, we do it. If we can't, we say so. It’s a simple way to run things, and it has worked for us so far.
