Film Choreographer

Our business, Film Choreographer, is located right in the heart of Andheri West. You can find us at Chaphekar Chowk, specifically at 95 Savera Society on Veer Desai R. It is a very busy part of Mumbai, so there is always a lot of noise and movement outside our door. We do film choreography, which basically means we spend our days figuring out dance moves and how people should move on screen for various projects. The space we have here is simple and functional. We did not bother with a lot of fancy decorations because we mostly just need the floor space to work and practice. If you know the Savera Society, we are pretty easy to find. It is not always a glamorous job, even if it is for the movies. There is a lot of standing around and repeating the same steps over and over until they look okay. We are not a giant studio with hundreds of employees. It is just a small team of us who enjoy what we do. The neighborhood is great because there is always somewhere to grab a quick tea or snack when we take a break. We have been working out of this spot for a long time. It feels like home to us now. Most of the people in the building are used to hearing music coming from our unit. We just keep things moving and try to do honest work for the movies.
